Website Development Process

We follow a clear, collaborative workflow to ensure your website is delivered on time and to your satisfaction.

Step 1

Initial Project Payment

  • Payment is either one‑third or one‑half of the total project price, depending on your agreement.
  • Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or check (note: mailing checks may delay timelines).
  • Work begins once payment is received.
Step 2

Kickoff Meeting

  • One‑hour Google Meet session to discuss your company,
    goals, and project vision.
  • Invitation sent after initial payment.
Step 3

Design & Writing

  • Our team creates a draft design and written content that work together to present your company.
  • Draft includes a mockup of the home page and one interior page (typically via Adobe XD).
  • You’ll receive the draft for review and notes.
Step 4

Review Meeting

  • Google Meet session to discuss your feedback on design and content.
Step 5

Revisions

  • Adjustments made based on your feedback before coding begins.
  • Important: all major revisions must be finalized at this stage. Changes after coding begins may incur additional fees.
Step 6

Development (Coding)

  • Our team codes the approved design.
  • You’ll receive a private preview link to explore the site before launch.
Step 7

Final Review Meeting

  • Review the finished site together.
  • Minor tweaks (typos, capitalization, photo swaps) permitted at this stage.
Step 8

Final Project Payment

  • Remaining balance due once the project is complete and approved.
  • Website launch occurs upon receipt of payment.
Step 9

Launch & Warranty

  • Your website goes live.
  • We guarantee functionality for 30 days post‑launch (provided no outside changes are made).
