Project Continuity
Our goal is to complete projects efficiently and professionally. To maintain momentum, projects are considered abandoned if there is no client response for 90 days.
Timeline:
- Day 30: Automated reminder email sent
- Day 80: Warning email sent; project at risk of abandonment
- Day 90: Project canceled. Fees paid are retained; outstanding balances invoiced
Restarting abandoned projects:
- Work begins from scratch
- A new start‑up fee may apply
How to avoid cancellation:
- Respond promptly to emails and requests
- Provide requested materials on time

File Retention Policy
We maintain client files in secure, organized cloud folders for easy access.
Active projects:
- Files shared via Google Drive for efficiency and security
- Cloud folder links are secure and preferred over email attachments
Restarting abandoned projects:
- 1.) Log in to Google Drive
- 2.) Access the shared folder under “Shared with me”
- 3.) Upload files by drag‑and‑drop or using the “+ New” button
Past projects:
- Files retained for 1 year after project completion
- We may keep files longer, but one year is guaranteed
- Exceptions may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., technical glitches)
